Hamilton & Burlington heating and cooling

Missed-call text-back for Hamilton and Burlington HVAC shops

When you can’t pick up, CallCatch texts the caller your shop name and booking link, so a no-heat or no-cooling call doesn’t quietly turn into another company’s job.

Why HVAC calls get missed on the tools

In a 1–10 tech heating and cooling shop, the person who answers the phone is often the one at a furnace, on a rooftop unit or driving between jobs across Hamilton, Burlington and the surrounding area. Hands are busy, the phone is in the truck, and the line rings out. Nobody is ignoring customers — there just isn’t a free hand when the call comes in.

No-heat callers dial the next shop

A homeowner with a furnace that won’t start on a cold night, or an AC that quits in a heat wave, wants someone now. If nobody answers, the natural next step is to call the next HVAC company in the search results. A quick text back gives them a way to reach you before they do.

How it works

  1. A call to your business number goes unanswered.
  2. The caller gets a short text, usually within about 30 seconds, with your shop name, your existing Cal.com or Calendly booking link, and “Reply STOP to opt out.”
  3. They book a time on the calendar you already use — or call you back.

No new booking system, no app for your techs. Just a missed call followed by a plain text.

CASL basics

  • Texts only go to people who just called your business number — a reply to their own call, not a marketing blast.
  • Every message identifies your shop.
  • STOP replies are honoured.
