Missed-call text-back for London, Ontario furnace repair
From the first cold snap through to spring, furnace calls stack up. CallCatch gives every unanswered no-heat caller a text from your shop with your booking link, so they have a next step while your techs are out on calls.
Heating season changes your phone
Outside heating season, a small HVAC shop can usually return calls between jobs. Once furnaces start running, the same few techs are on back-to-back service calls and the phone keeps ringing: furnaces that won’t ignite, ones blowing cold air, ones that start and shut off, thermostats that stop responding. Each of those is a homeowner who wants to know when someone can come.
A no-heat caller rarely waits for a callback
When the house is getting colder, people call a list rather than one shop. Whoever gives them a clear next step first tends to get the booking. A text from your shop with a booking link is that next step, even if nobody can answer until the current job is done.
What the caller receives
Sorry we missed your call – [Your Shop]. Book a furnace visit here: [your booking link]. Reply STOP to opt out.
That’s it: a missed call to your business number, a short text with your shop name and existing Cal.com or Calendly link, and a STOP opt-out. No new booking system and no app for your techs.

CASL in one paragraph
The text only goes to someone who just called your business number, it names your shop, and STOP replies are honoured. It’s a reply to their call, not a marketing message. General information only, not legal advice.
