Missed-call text-back for Kitchener-Waterloo and Cambridge HVAC shops

One service area, three cities, and a phone that rings while you’re between them. CallCatch sends every unanswered caller a text from your shop with your booking link.

Get on the early-access list

A regional service area means more time in the truck

Plenty of Waterloo Region HVAC shops take calls from all three cities. A morning tune-up in Waterloo, a replacement quote in Cambridge and an afternoon service call in Kitchener add up to a lot of driving — and the office line doesn’t stop ringing while you’re on the road.

Two busy seasons, not one

Heating season brings furnace and boiler calls; summer brings air conditioner and heat pump calls. Whichever season it is, a homeowner who can’t reach you will usually try someone else. CallCatch treats every unanswered call the same way, so you don’t need a different setup for each season.

Three steps, nothing new for your techs

  1. Someone calls your business number and it isn’t answered.
  2. Within about 30 seconds they receive a text with your shop name, your Cal.com or Calendly link, and a STOP opt-out.
  3. They pick a time on your existing calendar, or call back when it suits them.

Put a number on it

Not sure missed calls matter for your shop? Run your own figures through the missed-call revenue calculator — it only uses the numbers you enter.

Messaging rules

CallCatch texts only people who just called your business number. Each text names your shop and lets the recipient reply STOP, which is honoured. That keeps it a reply to an inquiry rather than a promotional message under CASL. This is general information, not legal advice.

Early access

$99 CAD/month, 14-day trial, cancel anytime — for Ontario shops with 1–10 techs. Early access serves Ontario starting with the GTA. There is no set launch date for Kitchener-Waterloo or Cambridge yet, but shops in the region are welcome on the waitlist.

Questions from Waterloo Region shops

We cover Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge. Does the text change by city?
No. The text goes to whoever called your business number and includes your shop name and the booking link you choose, wherever the caller is.
Does it work for air conditioning and heat pump calls too?
Yes. CallCatch doesn’t look at what the call is about. Any unanswered call to your business number gets the same short text.
Can I estimate what missed calls cost my shop first?
Yes. The free missed-call revenue calculator uses your own numbers for calls, booking rate and job value.
When will CallCatch be available in Waterloo Region?
CallCatch is in early access serving Ontario, starting with the GTA. Kitchener-Waterloo and Cambridge shops can join the waitlist; there is no set launch date for the region yet.

$99 CAD per month with a 14-day trial. Cancel anytime.
